You will be able to use your replacement vehicle for the full duration of any repairs that are being conducted on your vehicle. If your vehicle has been declared a write off, we allow use of your replacement Vehicle until you have been paid out by the At-Fault insurer.
The good news is that it isn’t yourself that pays. When an accident is not your fault the costs associated to the hire of a replacement vehicle will be recovered from the At-Fault drivers insurance provider.
In short yes. You would be liable to cover the costs of any tolls whilst in a replacement vehicle just in the same way you would be whilst driving your own vehicle.
All replacement vehicles are to be returned with the same level of fuel as was in vehicle when it was initially delivered to you.
Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to assist if the party At-Fault is uninsured.
