If the accident was not your fault and the at fault party has insurance, then you would be entitled to a like for like replacement vehicle at no cost to you.

You will be able to use your replacement vehicle for the full duration of any repairs that are being conducted on your vehicle. If your vehicle has been declared a write off, we allow use of your replacement Vehicle until you have been paid out by the At-Fault insurer.

The good news is that it isn’t yourself that pays. When an accident is not your fault the costs associated to the hire of a replacement vehicle will be recovered from the At-Fault drivers insurance provider.

In short yes. You would be liable to cover the costs of any tolls whilst in a replacement vehicle just in the same way you would be whilst driving your own vehicle.

All replacement vehicles are to be returned with the same level of fuel as was in vehicle when it was initially delivered to you.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to assist if the party At-Fault is uninsured.

The time it takes to repair your vehicle after an accident varies depending on the severity of the crash. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate once we have had a chance to assess the damage.

If the accident was not your fault and the at fault party has insurance, then you won’t be liable to pay any excess fee.
